Pat Radtke embodies our district's theme of Believe in many ways.
She invests herself in every aspect of teaching – from preparing and delivering high-quality social studies lessons for her ASPIRE students, to sponsoring numerous after-school enrichment clubs. She has an incredible sense of fun and excitement in her lesson planning and delivery.
Her social studies lessons are always full of games and simulations to capture her students' passion for learning, and provide them with meaningful, real-world experiences. Pat has committed herself to helping our students become the learners they are capable of being, with a love of learning and a dedication to do their very best at everything they attempt in life.
The 2024 Tempe Elementary Excellence Awards is a program of recognition that allows our district to honor employees that demonstrate excellence in their work. This year’s awards encompasses one winner from each Tempe Elementary school or site including the three District office locations of Brogan, Bustoz, and Sanchez. In total, we have 26 Excellence Award Winners this school year.
All employees were encouraged to nominate any fellow district employee who has embodied our District theme of Believe.
